Develop employees for future growth. Suggesting site selection for potential location and future real estate sites. Developed NTX TEAM Training program and involved in the system wide delivery of training these standards in class room and presentation environment. Managing the marketing of the loan product and PLS services to business partners and potential customers. Training of other Multi-Unit management team members for the NTX region. Provided input of the budgeting process.  Opening of new stores, shared and stand alone models. Helped develop and launch the ACE Title Loan product in two test centers, then assisted in the nation wide rollout of the product. Duties include but are not limited to; recruiting, interviewing, hiring and development of general managers and staff.  Budgeting for payroll, operating and expense purchases and the impact on profits.  Directly responsible for 5 general managers and 60 plus hourly employees and 10 management staff.  Accountable for staffing and scheduling of five properties for 24-hour operations.  Monitored and administered training and of hourly associates. Preparation and presentation of monthly P & L reports.

Responsible for the operations of five 24-hour restaurants. Duties included but not limited to; recruiting, interviewing, hiring and development of unit managers and staff.  Budgeted for payroll, food, operating and expense purchases and the impact on profits.  Directly responsible for 5 unit managers and 75 plus hourly employees.  Monitored and administered training and certification of hourly associates. Ensured that local health requirements and certifications were sustained. Manage crisp shift changes, cash and commissary audits. Preparation and presentation of monthly P & L reports to Area Executive Vice President.

Directly administered and preformed nationwide and international consulting operations in the functional fields of Purchasing, Fixed Assets, I Procurement, Inventory. Lead teams for Project Management, Change Management, and Process Improvement jobs. Developed, created/wrote, and trained on SOP and procedural manuals. Created and implemented flow charts for business operations - to the single contributor position.
