Owned $MM campaign budget, also overseeing $MM+ across multi-agency spends; leveraged in-house Insights & Analytics and Consumer teams to develop strategies for fully integrated marketing and broadcast ad campaigns. 

Launched Apple and Samsung devices, leading 5-agency, 100-person team in digital campaign development and production for 20 commercials; achieved strongest breakthrough in 2 years for Galaxy S23; drove 4x category norm for brand and message recall in 2+ years for iPhone 15.

Pioneered NBA2K gaming integration for brands; partnered with Media agency and 2K Gaming team to introduce player endorsements and in-game messaging; sourced NBA talent and added WNBA talent to expand audience. 

Coordinated ESPN partnership to run 3+ ad spots per game; oversaw Communications roll-out and managed creative execution of billboards in 7 markets, including Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, and Phoenix.

Brought in by CMO to direct GTM strategy launching Rocket Homes across national markets; led $MM budget with 2022 Super Bowl ad, earning back-to-back #1 spot on USA Today’s Ad Meter.

Presented strategy brief to CEO, securing buy-in; led RFP selection with 20+ external agencies for the commercial; advised (HighDive) agency as product SME and directed concept refinement work streams. 

Contracted Kantar (market intelligence data) and directed Performance Marketing division through dashboard management. 

Designed and deployed integrated campaigns, aligning 10+ internal teams on national launch; partnered with Marketing Science & Insights team to develop customer profiles and audience segmentation.

Defined product with SVP, Product Marketing; built messaging toolkit for Media Relations and CRM email teams. 

Partnered with CTO and Development team through platform and app build to deliver #1 trending app (Apple Store) and maintained top 5 trending status through paid social, direct mail, email, and digital placements; advised across features updates and UI/UX to boost downloads; drove web traffic to platform with content and calendar promotions.

Onboarded and launched AAA’s Mountain West Group (MWG); oversaw the 10-product brand portfolio, delivering initial audit analyses to AAA’s VP, Brand and VP, Communications. 

Defined strategy across Insights, Content, Experiential Activations, Influencer, and Paid Media functions for each brand; built integrated GTM entries for new products (solar, data privacy) with lead gen, customer acquisition, experience, and SEO tools. 

Managed through Sales Agent x Automotive Union crisis, partnering with Washington D.C. agency team; established new crisis playbook and halted union vote, then addressed data breach issue. 

Also launched Dexcom’s global market launch with Super Bowl x Nick Jonas partnership and influencer campaign, and led financial literacy campaign timed to International Women’s Day for UBS.
