I've been part of the $0-$100M startup journey three times and have seen the power of executive coaching on that journey first hand. Since 2018 I've been coaching high potential leaders. I've worked with the executives and founding teams at generation-defining companies and have helped first-time managers become better leaders. I've coached Navy SEALs and TOP GUN fighter pilots and have been a founder's first call when they need to start everything over. I often get the question about why I coach and it's very simple → I coach because I know I could have accomplished even more as an operator with someone in my court. • As a VP of Sales at a YC-backed data startup, I took the team from $4M - $12 and helped the CEO raise $15M Series B. • As the first manager at AdRoll (now NextRoll Group) I built a $58M sales team in 22 months while creating sales training for 350 sales reps. • As an advisor to InVision App, I worked closely with the CEO to build an enterprise sales process that later closed all 500 of the Fortune 500 client logos and scale past that "unicorn" status symbol. • As an investor and advisor I have worked with over 400 CEOs and founders from around the world including Batch 21 and 22 at 500 Startups and have mentored at 20 accelerators in 14 countries. • As a filmmaker, I partnered up with an award-winning director and traveled 100,000 miles to make the feature film, 𝘖𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘺 which started making the rounds with a world premiere from Wellington, New Zealand in March, 2021.
