As a Sales Engineer for the Beefree SDK sales and customer success, I support the team as we navigate discovery, demo, and proof of concept stages of the engagement process. I share proper technical details and answer questions from SaaS teams about embedding our visual builders into their applications. As the first SE, I also work closely with sales leadership, operations, and enablement to establish and mature critical engagement workflows and business systems.

Developed a new team in a growth business unit, with a focus on optimizing sales engagement. Provided leadership to Sales and Channel Operations, becoming the first Team Leader in a new 401k Solutions Revenue Operations group. 

► Immediately defined SalesOps infrastructure and shored up bench strength, recruiting sales operations associates, Salesforce system administrators, and data operations and business intelligence talent.

► Implemented and integrated multiple installations of engagement software, enabling hundreds of thousands of outbound touch points by sales and service professionals.

► Diversiﬁed engagement systems to support divergent sales workﬂows, ensuring business continuity and providing solutions aligned with business strategy.

► Captured significant savings by implementing customized targeting workﬂow. Operating a tight integration between multiple critical systems including CRM, engagement software, phone systems, and business intelligence.

401k Solutions Revenue Operations Group Manager

AudienceView

Provided transition leadership as AudienceView acquired Vendini, participating in organizational consolidation and relocation to Toronto. Migrated Vendini content and properties to AudienceView platform. Repositioned post-acquisition into revenue operations group, and conducted sales engineering management and client development.

► Mid-flight rescue of merged Salesforce orgs, repairing and remediating delicate data quality issues, and smoothing consolidation of multiple databases to avoid duplicates and data clarity.

Director, Sales Operations

Vendini (now AudienceView)

Advanced to a newly-created role to institute and lead the sales operations function that integrally led growth from $10m to $30M+ ARR. Bridged the gap between sales and service, and delivered seamless client experience from onboarding to contract renewal. Scope encompassed sales operations, sales engineering, sales engagement, and client development. Reported to the CRO who became COO.

► Standardized sales engineering, particularly surrounding communications and expectations for product functionality and ongoing client success. Invited sales engineers to client onboarding transition call and handoff.

► Recalibrated commercial service process to immediately escalate client issues to leadership and tag those clients in Salesforce. Personally interfaced with those clients, which proved key to optimizing retention.

Placed sharp, consistent focus on optimizing client experience, improving client engagement, accelerating problem resolution, and retaining client renewals.

► Retained a delicate client near end of contract, who was attending competitor’s conference locally. Met client in person to renewed the contract and ultimately grew revenue 25% through a custom eCommerce solution.

► Realigned agreement with Vendini’s largest revenue client, revising blanket agreement into seven separate contracts, each delineating different pricing, terms, and attributes for a group of concert venues.

► Grew revenue 3x with a large public company. Built and implemented Vendini Website Manager for ticketing live events, and immediately sold 150k more website tickets.

Client Development Manager

Owned tightly-integrated system of iOS, Android, and web applications deployed to thousands of corporate clients across US and Canada, supporting an end-user ecosystem of multi-millions. Scrum Master, wireframer, BRD/MRD/PRD writer, and prototyper of interactions and visual designs. Agile Certified Product Owner.

Product Manager

Pre-sales Engineer working with a team of 12 Territory Account Executives. Participated in closing many of our top performing clients, and the biggest deals in the company, selling into event producing organizations including theatres, schools, public institutions, concert venues, playhouses, sporting events, festivals, and attractions. 

► Consulted with technical stakeholders. Configured no-code demo accounts with custom HTML/JS website and email experiences.

► Partnered with product and engineering to establish effective market testing in alignment with existing business practices.
