He led PLAE, a next-generation retail brand, from launch to millions of units sold. At NetBase (now NetBaseQuid), Spier led the company from founding through 9-figure acquisition interest. Under Spier's leadership, the company developed the world's most advanced and most scalable natural language processing (NLP) technology, defining the market for Social Media Analytics. Jonathan is an advisor and investor in numerous tech startups. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and a frequent contributor to the entrepreneurship community at Harvard Business School, where he is a Rock Fellows mentor, a New Venture Competition (NVC) judge, and an HBS Entrepreneurship Summit Advisory Board member.
