Responsible for leading all aspects of our Go to Market team to include pipeline generation, scoping, product demonstration, proposal generation, contracting, and closing for both existing cross sales and new account acquisition. As well, responsible for strategics advisory services which consist of thought leaders responsible for assisting our clients in navigating the ever changing financial services environment.

VP, Chief Technology Officer and President

Responsible for the operations that deliver Raddon services to clients. I oversee the following:
1)	Integrator – onboarding of new clients to the onsite and service bureau offerings of the Integrator software.   Client support for Integrator, and the execution of marketing programs using Integrator.  
2)	Performance Analytics – quarterly receiving and processing of client data, production, QA, and distribution of each client’s PA report, and the scheduling/execution of PA workshops.
3)	Production of  Surveys –Executing surveys for clients and producing the output from these surveys for client use.
4)	Internal Technology – Maintaining – and enhancing as appropriate – the systems that Raddon uses to carry out its services.

VP, Service Delivery

Responsible for sales, account management, solutions consultants, strategic consulting, and strategic advisory services. This responsibility includes all aspects of the sales process for existing customers as well as new client acquisition, to include pipeline generation, scoping, product demonstration, proposal generation, contracting, and closing. As well, responsible for management of all phases of strategic consulting presales, sales, and delivery. strategic consultants in delivery of consulting engagements. Solely responsible and accountable for all division new sales, account retention, and consulting revenue.

Vice President of Sales and Strategy

Promoted to head of consulting for the Raddon Financial Group division of Fiserv. Responsible for presales and delivery support including scoping, phasing, and estimating all professional services and consulting engagements. As well, responsible for management of strategic consultants in delivery of consulting engagements. Solely responsible and accountable for on time, on budget, and reference ability for all professional services and consulting projects. 

Selected Highlights
•	Introduced a project variance process to track and manage budgets for all RFG consulting projects.
•	Directed rollout of a project dashboard used as production schedule for forecasting purposes as well as to measure project performance via key metrics. 
•	Leading a project to implement time reporting / project tracking system to provide real time reporting on a weekly basis versus monthly basis supporting consulting. 
•	Leading a process standardization project to standardize delivery process for all professional services and consulting offering.

VP, Consulting Practice

Open Solutions

Promoted to head of the application delivery department responsible for implementation, professional services, project management, and client training for all 19 Open Solutions products. Solely responsible and accountable for on time, on budget, and reference ability for all 300-400 active projects. As well, responsible for managing day to day operations for a 20 million dollar budget including monthly revenue and expense forecasting. Managed 200+ indirect reports. 

Selected Highlights
•	Reduced overall staffing costs by 42% in one year while increasing delivery reference ability by 20%. 
•	Directed a 30% positive swing in department profitability and able to sustain +20% profit margin for all departments for 12 months. 
•	Championed new conversion engine tool/process to convert data from legacy core systems allowing an increase in quality and reduction in delivery effort.
•	Introduced new professional services pricing model that enabled our product delivery to stay competitive while increasing profitability through change management.
•	Led process standardization project to standardize delivery process for all 19 products.

Senior Director, Implementation Services

Promoted to setup and lead a department to track and manage operations and performance supporting all project implementations. Responsible for defining, documenting, and implementing all procedures associated with the Implementations process across all product lines. Managed and trained 12 indirect reports. 

Selected Highlights
•	Reduced implementation time for 3 products by a minimum of 20% in 4 short months by streamlining and enhancing project management processes. 
•	Netted $4 million in cost savings by championing two operational refinement projects critical to facilitating project requirements. 
•	Introduced a project variance process to track and manage budgets for all Open Solutions implementation projects.
•	Directed rollout of a company-wide project dashboard used as production schedule for forecasting purposes as well as to measure project performance via key metrics. 
•	Led transition to an automated time reporting / project tracking system to provide real time reporting on a weekly basis versus monthly basis supporting implementations.

Director, Office of Continuous Improvement

Oversaw day-to-day operations for all project implementations supporting check imaging and remittance products. Redefined and documented all implementation processes to focus on new outsourced business model. Supervised up to 75 indirect reports supporting implementation services and 40 indirects supporting applications. Directed a project management / applications department with accountability for meeting profitability targets for all IPTG projects. Managed project resources and risks from post-contract review to project turnover.

Selected Highlights
•	Restructured department operations to more effectively track and manage IPTG implementation projects.
•	Increased reference-ability to 91% and cut onsite time and errors by launching structured project management methodologies including scope management, project definition, and issue tracking.
•	Successfully launched an innovative ISCheck imaging product for an East Coast data center that included the first customer ever to “go-live” as part of the new data center model.

Director of Implementation Services/ Applications

BISYS Document Solutions

Selected to lead system implementation projects with oversight for creating a “hot staging” department to address configuration, testing, and quality issues during an implementation process. Directed 8 employees. Defined procedures and processes for an implementation cycle that cut onsite time by more than 70%, greatly reducing costs and man-hours.     

Selected Highlights
•	Generated significant cost savings and decreased average onsite time from 12 to 3 weeks for in-house implementations by establishing a “hot staging” department from the ground up with clear project methodologies. 
•	Oversaw complete testing of BDS applications to the highest industry standards as well as intensive regression testing.

Senior Project Manager

Oversaw strategic planning, staging, and deployment of numerous teams supporting installation projects for multiple banks simultaneously. Served as primary conversion contact for the customer from post-sale to client services hand-off.  Planned and coordinated on-site customer meetings with banks to gather product specifications and expectations while addressing the given bank’s current processing environment.

•	Improved productivity by tracking and managing workflows, customer expectations, and daily performance throughout the project lifecycle. 
•	Identified and resolved DOS and Windows NT conversion issues with proactive approach in developing and implementing processes and procedures across an implementation services department.

Project Manager

Led planning, staging, and roll out of check imaging for financial institutions nationwide. Accountable for providing team direction as well as serving as technical resource supporting project requirements.  Oversaw team scheduling and mediation, customer presentations, training, and support, network administration, applications development, system conversions, and custom software configuration.

•	Oversaw creation, integration, and management of a variety of technology platforms including Microsoft SQL 7.0, 2000 databases and Windows NT operating systems.

Working on contract for Southern Company, served as a problem resolution center analyst responsible as a key team member in the analysis, cause and resolution of technical and computer related issues for the user base of Southern Company and its affiliates.  Trained in issue resolution and application functionality in various company specific software applications and platforms. Maintained corporate security policies regarding client ID’s, software access, data control, and passwords.

•	Played key role as part of a PRC Homerun Printer Conversion team responsible for implementing a standardized printing function across a system environment.
