I'm a recruitment leader focused on the Clean Energy space, one of the world's most exciting and important sectors, supporting the energy transition across Europe. I was brought in to build and lead the Renewables and Clean Energy teams across the UK and Europe and we have since become a leading clean-tech recruiter in Europe, due in part to our high standards and determination to do the right thing. My team and I work all the way across the sector, including investors, utility-scale IPPs, EPC, and developers, integrators and smart grid businesses, battery and fuel-cell manufacturing facilities, and innovative clean-tech start-ups. Our approach is quality-focused, and we work closely with our clients to attract and onboard the best individuals in the market. Through our headhunting experience, strong understanding of talent attraction, and our influence across the recruitment process, we help our clients effectively navigate complex hiring requirements. My technical understanding of the clean energy sector is strong, and I work hard to ensure the cultural fit of the candidates we place is well aligned too. I didn’t get into recruitment straight out of uni, I’ve got about a decade’s work experience before this to draw on too. I’ve been a chef, a business owner, worked in retail, sold B2C and B2B, and now I’ve found something that I enjoy, am good at, and can make a difference doing. I pride myself on the quality of my work and my understanding of both an individual’s and a business’ needs. Honesty is at the core of what I do. I've personally placed over 100 people across 5 countries. I still live for food, both cooked myself and by others, I love to travel and experience other cultures, and I’ve always got art, a book, or music on the brain. I’m interested in what it means to be human and the myriad answers to this people have. I’m passionate, often to a fault. Led by curiosity, with a desire to make a difference, I'm excited about being a part of a better future.
