Machine Build - Modules
- Develop new machines that can be used to produce different products and families at the same time and at the EOP for each one. 
- Support the roadmap for automation strategy for Machine Build.
- Create design standards.
- Develop new machines concepts under flexibility point of view. 
- Provide support to the facilities to develop production solution.
- Provide support to MQT team to develop automatic and flexibility concept to the facilities. 
- Provide supports the Machine Build team related automation machines or new requests.

Design Engineer

Machine Build - Sewing
-Design sewing machines and tools according to specifications and standards of Autoliv requested in a Scope of Work (SOW).
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings in Solidworks.
- Document and release projects in PDM Data Base.
- Follow and develop design standards.
-Analyze tolerances stack up.
- Request bill of materials using Design & Order.
- Presenting at technical gate meetings and design reviews.
-Manage designs of suppliers.
- Interact with suppliers and costumers.

•	Responsible of the design, retrofit, and upgrade of machinery for areas of compression molding, phosphatizing, and trimming for the manufacture of dynamic seals and static seals. 
•	Design and programming of routines for PLC's.
•	Perform standard test of pilot molds and validate machinery. 
•	Design compression molds.
• Write technical documents of machinery and tools.
•	Manage projects: Planning, cost, schedule, and reporting of project.
•	Train technical staff in SMAW process.
•	Programmer and instructor of CNC lathe Hitachi Seiki with control Fanuc 6T.
•	Manage technical staff (five members).

Project Engineer

•	Design a system for monitoring and control of upper thread tension in Richpeace sewing machines. 
•	Set up and validate Richpeace sewing machines.
•	Validate new part numbers in initial processes (sewing and cutting).
•	Participate in PPAP for Tesla. 
•	Perform time and motion studies in assembly lines.
•	Set up sewing files (Tajima DG Software).
•	Develop drawings for areas of sewing, cutting, assembly, and GP12.
•	Develop PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
