• Through my company Human-Powered Design, I help organizations to craft a powerful unique vision to enable  product/service/process transformation from the inside-out.
• I use my experience as a Design Thinking facilitator to faciliate the identification of solutions based on how the users/customers are experiencing the product/services or processes.
• I help teams within organizations to go through their User Journey, understand their pain-points during each of its phases, and develop innovative solutions that remove the pains and allow the users/customers increase their experience.
	I help Product Managers translate opportunities into User Requirements and convert them into System Requirements.
• I work with third parties and the business in designing experiments to further develop Proof of Concept (PoC) with the aim of proving value and deliver a Minimum Valuable Product (MVP).
• I help businesses develop their product portfolios through a defined innovation funnel
• I help managers create structured action plans to incorporate them into the team’s strategy.

• Design and support the Digital Transformation of the Supply Chain organization and support Product owners to set up and conduct Digital Experiments, in line with the Digital SC Strategy.
• Conduct Digital Onboarding Workshops for the Supply Chain Organization.

Jr. Digital Innovation Manager

• Lead and manage the Internal Control work stream as part of the ERP program.
• Manage project delivery, implementation of recommendations and key remediation strategies.
• Serve as first point of contact to OpCos during deployment. 
• Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity.
• Use market and competitive research to support recommendations of updating system for technology improvements.

• Supporting GLOBAL process standardization, process improvement which results in the strengthening of the Internal Control environment.
• Plan and assist in planning for successive waves of the BASE Transition.
• Ensure business process and controls are appropriately designed, constructed, implemented and maintained.
• Work closely with the wider Transition team to ensure that prior experience and learning is leveraged for future transition waves.
• Ensure that process and controls are designed, implemented and operating in line with the relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support and coordinate execution of Transition Prepare, Sol ID, Transition set-up, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp-up and Stabilization phases of the BASE Transition.
• Building a process improvement culture, while driving process and control improvements.
• Drive quality and consistency for all Sol IDs activities, materials and deliverables. Report to HEINEKEN stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues. 
• Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long- term strategic financial objectives.

• Provided assurance to management on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. 
• Identified control gaps and worked with management to develop action plans and remediation plans.
• Prepared audit work papers to support testing, provided recommendations for mitigating control weaknesses and present audit findings to senior management and client personnel. 
• Ensured complete compliance with SOX and internal IT policies and procedures.

Liberty Global

• Facilitated several SOX / ITGC audits around IT Operations, IT Security, Change Management, and Program Management for various clients. 
• Led the SOX Teams (internal and external staff) in SOX Review and annual reporting on 10 LGI Business Units worldwide.
• Planned, managed and executed local and international assignments within the Liberty Global footprint: (Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Czech Republic, Luxemburg, Germany, Ireland, Poland, UK and Chile).
• Led audit assignments focused on Oracle ERP (11i and 12), SAP ERP in combination with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance.

IT Audit Manager

• Developed and contributed to the building of the IT Audit SOX plan including IT audit work programs, checklists and IT audit strategy.
• Planned, managed and executed local and international assignments within the Liberty Global footprint: (Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Czech Republic, Luxemburg, Germany, Ireland, Poland, UK and Chile.

Senior IT Auditor

SEAT,SA (Volkswagen Group)

• Planned IT and IS audits, conducted necessary initial meetings, fact-finding, and issuing audit planning memorandums with objectives, scope, and approach.
• Conducted business process reviews to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Facilitated reviews to evaluate IT applications (Focused on  SAP) and the adequacy/efficiency of accounting, financial and operating procedures established for IT control purposes.
• Followed-up on all previous audits.
• Supported the Financial Audit Team by providing a technological input to corporate and operational audits, Data analysis (use of ACL) and support, knowledge sharing, and Audit Issues Database support.
• Audit and assessment of the SAP HR/SAP FI modules at SEAT.
• Analysis and Compliance of the security settings over - Segregation of Duties (SoD) using CheckAud (Volkswagen SoD check tool).
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of information system controls over data supporting business processes at VAESA (Volkswagen-Audi Spain) to ensure compliance with the Volkswagen Group Policies.

• Identified exposure to risk in all IT areas including physical and logical security, disaster continuity, application and database change management;
• Performed reviews of data center operations and systems for compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Determined the operation's compliance with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and procedures.
