•	Reports directly to IT Senior Manager
•	Supervises all IT operations of UPTown Center Site; 
•	including implementing and administering Global technology activities; manage, upgrade and direct installation operation and maintenance of information technology hardware and software; administer and provide ongoing technical support locally onsite
•	Manages a team of IT and daily operations
•	Manages the Site Inventory of IT infrastructure of the site from repairs, purchase and approvals
•	Conduct 1:1 discussions with IT staff to develop personal growth opportunities and provide coaching sessions to discuss set of expectations
•	Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with different IT stakeholders and non IT departments
•	Perform hardware troubleshooting which include repairs, upgrades and configuration of desktops and laptops
•	Monitor, report and document system and performance issues
•	Worked closely with different clients, team members and other stakeholders across the company to achieve desired results

IT Site Supervisor

•	Analyzes and troubleshoots VOIP issues
•	Configuration of routers and switches with VOIP solutions
•	Monitoring of cases and SLA
•	Provides Month to date reports
•	Provisions IP phones (Polycom and Cisco)
•	Provides implementation of call routing of phones, configuration of each users
•	IVR set ups (Single and Multi level IVR)
•	Implementation of VOIP set up and conducts meetings for trainings
