Senior Manager, Client Analytics and Business Intelligence

Developed solution strategies across functional areas - inventory, merchandising, retail and service - for automotive clients and work with various levels of each solutions group, from VPs to Account Managers.  Key accomplishments included:

-  Creation of a holistic pre owned vehicle playbook with key emphasis on vehicle wholesale value retention, retail price maximization, and per vehicle gross margin increase.
- Development of analytics toolkit to enable new client engagement model and sales of solutions through relevant industry insights and Challenger methodology.
-  Establishment of internal thought leadership center to quantify the true economic value of Cox Automotive solutions through cross-product KPIs and new measurement systems.
- Developed pricing guardrail methodology to enable Strategic Account Management for non dealer clients across Cox Automotive properties, including discounting guidelines, deal intelligence requirements, data and analytics requirements and RACI matrices to analyze and approve deals.

Responsible for managing strategy for XTS mid luxury sedan line, a $1B yearly revenue product. Key activities included:
- Model pricing

Accomplishments included:

-  Repriced and repositioned XTS trim levels to better align with Cadillac sedan portfolio and purchase behaviors.  Marketing and retail plan maintained sales at budget levels without affecting profit margins.
-  Recommended retail plan that reduced days' supply 100 days and improved monthly sales by 15%.
