Ensure that our hotel partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach Expedia Group’s global traveler demand.

• Designed an online channel based on workshops and tutorials, dropping the overall volume of reactive cases. Regional teams across the region implemented the same strategy to reach more customers.
