Lead a 6 BI Analyst team in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia.
Establish monthly business targets and monitor trending performance, implementing remedial plans wherever adverse variances exist.

BI & Planning LATAM Supervisor

Responsible for creating and updating revenue forecast models and estimate changes in portfolio planning, promotions and price-policy.
Design and keep track of Scorecard (dashboard with business KPI’s).
Forecast future impact of actual initiatives to assure the achievement of targets.
Create executive dashboards monitoring evolution of main KPIs.

Now, after more than 3 years working on Business Intelligence I can assure that I found that place where I can develop both my technical skills for data analysis and forecast model creation, as well as my soft skills to be able to communicate, propose business initiatives and lead teams.
