Responsible of IT Marketing area. Member of  Digital strategy implementation team.

Main achievements: SAP ERP Implementation on time, on budget, and no business disruptions (all core modules for all 7 countries and plants). 15 months project involved all central departments (sales, production, purchasing, logistic, finance,..). Hyperion budgeting & controlling project.

Main achievements: SAP Retail Implementation. 9 months project involved all central departments (sales, purchasing, logistic, finance,…) and more than 50 interfaces by SAP XI (including TPV interfaces to all shops and stores)
