As a CX at VTEX, I supported the Solutions Architect team by interpreting customer needs and translating them into technological solutions for global projects with clients such as Groupe Casino in France, OBI in Germany, and BeautyCounter in the United States.
As Chief of Staff, I managed the budget for developing proof of concept (POC) projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 global clients. I was responsible for handling the requirements of sales teams in Europe and the United States through local Service Integrators. I also played a role in analyzing Annual Contract Value Backlog Loss in VTEX projects worldwide. In this analysis, we identified the primary reasons hindering timely launches (Go Live) and proposed methodologies that could be used by different regions to implement effective tracking. The goal was to prevent unnecessary project delays.
As a Partner Success Manager for North Latam, I led the consolidation and strengthening strategy for VTEX implementation companies in Colombia, Ecuador, and Panama. This strategy included activities such as product adoption training, ongoing project monitoring, and support for closing new opportunities.

I led the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that resulted in increased organic traffic, higher average order value, and conversion rates across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and organic search.
Working closely with the UX team and our development agency, we optimized various interfaces within the purchase funnel, reducing identified friction points and implementing cross-selling functionalities. This made our eCommerce channel (VTEX) more agile, intuitive, and reliable.
As the leader of the customer service team, I implemented effective methodologies to enhance ticket resolution quality and efficiency, ultimately improving overall customer satisfaction during the pandemic, when our digital channel had to adapt to our customers' evolving demands.
I also played a key role in strengthening relationships with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective product and service delivery. This resulted in improved supply chain performance and increased customer loyalty.

I led the development and launch of various eCommerce projects on the VTEX platform, serving as both a presales professional and a project manager. Some of these projects included:
www.epk.com: A children's clothing store on VTEX that required integration with ERP systems for order management (OMS), pricing, inventory, and logistics. This integration led to improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
www.mundounico.com: After analyzing pain points, we implemented a site with an enhanced user experience, resulting in increased time spent on the site, recurring users, and conversion rates.
www.flamingo.com.co: We successfully migrated Flamingo's eCommerce platform to VTEX, bringing their unique retail approach to the digital market and opening a new sales channel for the company.

Whirlpool and KitchenAid Colombia: I led the successful redesign of the official websites for Whirlpool and KitchenAid Colombia on the VTEX platform. Ensuring that the user experience aligned with the global brand and resulted in improved customer engagement and sales.
In these roles, I played a crucial part in driving the successful execution of various eCommerce projects, enhancing user experiences, and achieving positive business outcomes for our clients.

As Director of Operations, I spearheaded the consolidation of the back-office team and was responsible for providing support to major eCommerce stores in Colombia. As a Project Manager, I led the implementation of B2B and B2C stores, as well as integrations such as VTEX and MercadoLibre. I also oversaw the digital channels for clients including Oster Colombia, patprimo.com, electrojaponesa.com, velez.com.co, among others.
During this period, I played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, managing successful projects, and facilitating integrations for a range of eCommerce clients, contributing to their growth and success in the Colombian market.

Como resultado de la optimización del sitio web este aparece en las primeras 3 posiciones en Google de forma orgánicas con importantes palabras claves propias de los productos y soluciones principales que ofrece la empresa como lo son "Centrales Telefónicas en Panamá", "Controladores Biométricos en panamá", "cerraduras electrónicas en panamá", entre muchos otros. 

Mediante el uso apropiado de la información obtenida en Google Analytics se miden las acciones realizadas y se realizan los correctivos obteniendo mejoras continuas en los resultados.

Actualmente el sitio cuenta con una plataforma de pagos en línea y nos encontramos fortaleciendo la logística para que el mercado local tenga la confianza para realizar transacciones on-line de forma segura.
