I am a Community Development with bias in Gender and Development Bachelor holder. Passionate at advocating Community Socio-economic Development, Gender equality, Women and Youth empowerment, Children rights and sexual reproductive health. I aspire the world where equality and equity in all spheres of life is for everyone, despite Gender, Age, economic status, Religion or Nationality. I dedicated my time, energy and skills to work with the different communities at bring positive social behavioral change in Community and end all form of Gender Based Violence (GBV), Stereotype and bad cultural practices, norms and traditions . In order to create harmony and ensure every one has ability to enjoy life and opportunities to the fullest. I have used both theoretical and practical approaches to create awareness and influence changes in different issues in communities; >I use to organize games and sports competition among young boys and girls in Karatu District. I use the meeting to speak and teaching them about children rights and Gender related issues. >I organized seminars to women entrepreneurs in Singida Urban and Singida Village to be able to acquire loans and utilize them accordingly. >I participated in different workshop to improve skills on Community related matters. >I managed to work with HIV victims for 3 years, helping them toward self esteem, self determination, and proper use of ARV's. I used to work as a Project Director at Compassion Tanzania, in Child Ministry Department at Karatu District for three years, being a successful team leader with the fact that it was my first job after the university. I work with the mission "releasing Children from poverty in Jesus name" with funding support from Compassion Donors worldwide. I joined BRAC Microfinance, a Contract employment as a Loan Officer, I met a lot of women doing small business and I got an opportunity to conduct seminars and training about entrepreneurship, disbursing and installments. I am currently self employed in apparels and clothing. I aspire to work with the company or an organization that would enable me to utilize gifts, talents and gaining cross-cultural experiences.
