Fine Fettle is a privately held MSO based out of Hartford, CT that is focused on being a first mover in medical cannabis markets. We believe in helping patients find comfort in cannabis. 

As President, I am leading the launch of our Georgia business and am excited to educate my home state on the healing benefits of medical cannabis. 

My role focuses primarily on:

-Lobbying and Government Affairs work to ensure Georgians have broad access to medical cannabis. 
 
-Marketing the new program to both physicians and the people of Georgia as our medical cannabis market is in its infancy. Education is key as we aim to share the healing benefits of the plant while also differentiating ourselves from the incumbent cannabis sales channels of the black market and smoke shops that have dominated GA historically. 

-Ensuring operational success and efficiency across our supply chain. Starting at our state of the art 50,000 sq ft cultivation facility in Macon, GA to the production of our in-house CPG products to the final sale at our retail locations as we service the patients of GA.

- Joined as the 3rd member of the US office to lead and develop the sales team 
- Grew client base from 5 to 100+ of the top operators across California, Canada, Nevada, Colorado & Massachusetts 
- Developed sales cycle and processes along with recruiting a team
- Opened the LA office in October 2018 after growing the SoCal client base
- Coordinated and managed booths for all cannabis conferences including: MJ Biz, NCIA, O'Cannabiz, etc.

- Hired to buildout the wholesale business along with managing the Venice, CA based flagship location
- Grew wholesale accounts 10x while maintaining luxury identity by working with likes of:
 Barneys New York, Maxfield Los Angeles, The Webster Miami, Colette Paris, Browns London, Ron Herman Japan, etc.

Trunk Club provides personalized shopping and styling for both men & women. TC became one of the fastest growing  retailers by disrupting the played out model of searching through crowded malls and instead providing a curated, personal selection to each member.

- Joined a 50 person start-up that grew to 2,000+ employees in 3 years and was acquired by Nordstrom in 2014 for $350M 
- Self sourced and managed a book of 300+ clients. Lead sales regularly earning an expansion role
- Opened the LA office as part of an 8 person team that grew to 60 people within 6 months

Concept One produces licensed accessories across three brand categories: fashion, entertainment, and sports. Working as an Account Executive I am responsible for sales to over 50 retailers including pro sports team, collegiate bookstores, and mid size chains. 

I regularly prospect new accounts and have developed business with nationwide accounts such as Barnes & Noble College Booksellers and The Paradies Shops. Additionally, I work directly with existing accounts to increase Concept One's position as the leader in licensed sports accessories.

A forward focused thinker with experience fundraising and developing sales organizations for businesses spanning cannabis, fashion/e-commerce, and software start ups. I enjoy creating and selling innovative ideas & products. Everyday I aim to experience new situations to broaden my perspective and develop new relationships.
