I lead a group that is an advocating network for IIBA® Chapters, Chapter Leadership and the business analysis profession globally. This is an amazing group of volunteers, and supported by IIBA® staff, committed to contributing to IIBA® Chapter and Member success. 

My role includes managing our portfolio and the programs we administer. Our group focuses on the strategic planning regarding overall chapter strategy and advocating for chapter needs. I write a monthly article for the chapter newsletter focusing on topics pertaining to chapters. Our group advises on the creation of chapter policies, procedures and other materials supporting the development and growth of IIBA® chapters.

Provides technical and functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems, solutions, and procedures.
• Support I/S teams with testing and implementation of new business systems tools, codes, and patches, and assist business customers throughout the conversion.
• Acts as liaison between I/S teams and business areas by trouble-shooting and translating technical problems related to business applications.
• Support business customers on assigned data repositories. 
• Provides support for product implementations and modifications impacting repositories, project request documentation, CAT testing, and daily monitoring of stored data.
