I have been an engineer, built my own SW company, sold it, shifted to another industry: electricity Transmission & Distribution technology, and managed R&D and international project business. Followed by 10 years in sales and management of a growing software company that transformed to SaaS. I have gained insight into how software engineering is changing the world and how it is changing itself as AI is rapidly being adopted. And combined with balanced leadership and business management, I believe helping others succeed can be part of keeping health & happiness in life as the central focus.
