“Data! Data! Data! I can't make bricks without clay.” ~ Sir Arthur Conan Doyle I am currently working as a data analyst. I am passionate about data and like to delve deeper into the intricacies. I have strong mathematical and statistical foundation which I embed with the technical tools to solve business problems while taking care of the industry perspective to reach the business goals. I am a team-player and detailed-oriented person who likes to meet the client expectations and reflect on personal performance regularly to have an enriching experience. I pursued Master of Science in Business Analytics with a focus on Data Science and Machine Learning. Additionally, being an entrepreneur and senior business analyst for an EdTech institute gave me the opportunity fulfill my vision to develop solutions that drive change in education domain. My problem-solving proficiencies and the yearning to assist for continuous process improvement of the firm through innovative thinking has proven to be highly beneficial. I am a self-motivated person who can work effectively in a perpetual beta environment. I am adept in analytics and reporting tools to provide insights in product designs, flows and user experiences using data-driven philosophy. I possess strong stakeholder management, project management, communication and leadership skills. I have worked on a number of projects during my certification Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data- Driven Decisions, Massachusetts Institute of Technology using advanced analytics, signal detection, natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, and time-series analysis. My experience as a Senator in the academic affairs committee of the legislative branch of the Student Government at UT Arlington, as well as my membership in the Women in Business organization, further demonstrate my communication skills, ability to prioritize projects, manage my time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. In my role as a Senator, I worked closely with other committee members to identify and address issues affecting students, developed and implemented initiatives to improve campus life, and communicated updates to students and faculty. These experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and manage projects to completion.
