With over 10 years of experience in web-based software development and agile project management, I am an IT Domain Owner at AXA Partners, a global leader in insurance and assistance solutions. In this role, I lead a team of 40 colleagues to deliver the AXA eCommerce global asset for all business lines across the globe, using state-of-the-art technologies and an API-first architecture. I am responsible for the budget, staff, strategy, and stakeholder alignment, as well as coordinating the eCommerce rollout in EMEA countries and dozens of simultaneous projects. I also apply my expertise in data governance, analytics, and innovation to enable digital transformation and business growth for AXA Partners and its customers. I am passionate about technology, big data, and new challenges, and I constantly seek to improve my skills and knowledge. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at ESADE Business School, and I have completed a Big Data & Analytics program at EAE Business School. I also hold a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. Besides my professional and academic endeavors, I enjoy sharing my insights and experience as a speaker and a teacher. I have been a professor on the Digital Marketing & eCommerce master degree at EAE Business School since 2021, and I have collaborated with Videocation as an eCommerce expert, creating video content for their platform. I have also presented at various events and meetups, such as Wordcamp Bilbao and Barcelona Drupal, on topics related to Vue.js, WordPress, and natural language processing.
