Content Creation and Curation: As a social media manager, I create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain the target audience's attention. My content varies from eye-catching visuals to compelling copy, all aimed at communicating the client's unique value proposition and fostering brand loyalty.

Community Engagement: I actively engage with the clients' social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews. By nurturing online relationships, I build brand trust and loyalty, increasing customer retention and advocacy.

Through consistent posting, I contribute to raising awareness about mental health topics, sharing informative resources, and promoting events and workshops organised by the hospital.

Graphic Design and Branding: Utilising design tools, I assist in creating visually appealing graphics and promotional materials consistent with the hospital's branding guidelines. My designs aimed to communicate the hospital's mission of providing compassionate care and hope to those seeking mental health support.

Data Analysis and Reporting: I monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic. 

Market Research: I conduct market research to identify emerging trends in mental health, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences. This data-driven approach guided the hospital in tailoring its services and outreach initiatives to better serve the community's needs.

Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: I collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather clinical advice and testimonials to share online.

Order Fulfilment: As an Online Shopper, I meticulously picked and packed customers' orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the selection of products from the store's inventory. My attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service were essential in meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.

Time Management: In a fast-paced environment, I mastered the art of effective time management. Balancing multiple orders while adhering to strict delivery schedules required strong organisational skills, ensuring that our customers received their orders in a timely manner.

Product Knowledge: My role as an Online Shopper demanded a comprehensive understanding of Sainsbury's extensive product range. I leveraged this knowledge to offer suitable alternatives when specific items were unavailable, guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Quality Assurance: Upholding the highest standards of quality, I meticulously inspected products for freshness, expiration dates, and overall condition, ensuring that customers received only the best merchandise.

The Sir Christopher Wren Hotel and Spa

I was responsible for taking hotel bookings, taking payments and customer liaison. I worked closely with the marketing team to increase sales by helping with content plan brainstorming. I also worked closely alongside the finance team team to analyse the current organisation progression to look at trends in the data. I was also responsible for communicating with third party booking websites to ensure all the information on them was correct.

By maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, I contributed to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Inventory Management: As a sales assistant, I collaborated with the store team to manage inventory levels and restock shelves regularly. By ensuring that the store was well-stocked with the latest trends and popular items, I played a vital role in maximising sales opportunities.

Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Proficient in operating the POS system, I efficiently processed transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments. Accuracy and attention to detail were paramount in providing a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Team Collaboration: Working in a fast-paced retail environment required strong teamwork. I actively collaborated with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain the store's overall efficiency and cleanliness.
