I originally pursued medical school in hopes of fulfilling my vision of supporting others with their health and well-being. And my twin brother, Michael, changed my mind. Michael has Down Syndrome, and has taught me so much about: 🫶🏻 kindness 🫶🏻 empathy 🫶🏻 unconditionally loving others (and especially yourself) 🫶🏻 having patience 🫶🏻 and embracing new perspectives. This fueled my passion towards personal development and guided me to become a confidence coach, where I can use this background to create a safe, supportive space for my clients to heal and grow. I help take my clients from feeling anxious and ambitious, to empowered and fulfilled. When we work together, I help you get clear on where you want to be, identify your values so that you can make decisions with ease, and incorporate habits that will help you take inspired action without losing your sh*t so that you can feel confident and successful.
