Chubb is one of the world's largest publicly-traded property and casualty insurance companies. The National Access Coordinator is a project-oriented role in the Field Operations, Distribution and Sales division.  Responsible for leading project initiatives aimed at expanding the "Access" tier of brokers and educating them on Chubb's appetite and business.  This is a cross-functional role that requires the management of projects involving IT, Operations, Business Development, and Marketing.

- Designated Project Manager for 3 large Enterprise clients in the retail and manufacturing home improvement industry
- Collaborates with external C-suite executives to identify technical solutions to meet their business needs
- Creates and implements project management best practices, technical processes, and communication plans for the largest home improvement retail store in the US, providing them with client management and technical project management 
- Coordinates monthly sprints with technical team for servicing clients' visualizer
- Analyzes project data to generated stakeholder reports

Associate Project Manager, Enterprise

- Led daily stand-up meeting with team of 12 developers, managing their activity to ensure time is optimally utilized
- Managed the implementation of Roomvo onto clients’ websites, with projects ranging from 6-8 weeks
- Authored the PMO’s Best Practices (Training) Guide, published to company wikipedia 
- Created project management artifacts that are automatically updated with reporting capabilities and are now used across Project Management Office, e.g. project status reports
- Through the use of a Risk Register, identified at-risk projects by critically reviewing progress made
