Worked in a team of 5 as part of SOCIAL accelerate to produce consultation for Yayasan Chow Kit to come up with a viable telehealth social enterprise business model.
- Produced market research on the segmentation and value chain of traditional healthcare and the telehealth industry in a Global and Southeast Asian context
- Headed a 3-year financial model, forecasting key financials of a potential telepharmacy business model
- Presented findings to the client's top management and received favourable response

- Headed several projects to streamline process or improve services such as revamping seller FAQ, tracking of missing items occurrences, and so on.
