I coordinated, within the IT area, the teams responsible for the company's sales systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I led a team of 10 people, consisting of CLT employees and third parties, including 5 CRM analysts and 5 PVWeb internal system analysts. I was responsible for negotiations with suppliers, organization of internal and external training, ensuring correct documentation by analysts, coordinating improvement projects, among others.
Before, as an analyst, I was responsible for the administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, with about 1800 users, following suppliers, performing maintenance and providing support to users. Building reports in Reporting Services and integrations in SQL Server Integration Services. Maintenance of the Mosaico system, ERP focused at civil construction, in the Genexus tool, using Visual Basic generator, with Oracle databases. Cyrcorp internal system maintenance, in Delphi language.
