With over 11 years of work experience in the HR field, I am a passionate and dedicated Senior HRBP Manager at CK HR Consulting, one of the HR consulting firms in Vietnam. In my current role, I work closely with the senior management and the business units to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's vision and values. I oversee the talent management and development process, ensuring that the employees have the right skills, competencies, and behaviors to perform and grow. I also lead the employer branding efforts, creating and executing campaigns that showcase the company's culture, values, and benefits to potential and existing employees. Additionally, I manage the performance management system, setting and monitoring the key performance indicators, providing feedback and coaching, and recognizing and rewarding the high performers. Furthermore, I facilitate the organization and culture development, fostering a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment that supports the company's growth and sustainability. Through these activities, I leverage my skills in talent sourcing, mass recruitment, and HR business partnering, as well as my knowledge of the HR laws and regulations in Vietnam.
