Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•	Monitor changes in the SEO space, researching and analyzing industry developments and assessing impact to UMA’s business.

This position requires me to be both analytical, creative, and customer centric. The Digital Strategy Account Manager has a broad role within the business that includes the ability to review a complete Internet Marketing campaign, assess the analytics, SEM, SEO, Local Marketing, Social Media, Website design, and layout with the sole purpose of assessing the performance of the campaign and making recommendations to the business team and client to improve website conversion. In this fast-paced role, this is a position that is both reactive and proactive in nature. 

Responsibilities included but were not limited to:

- Market analysis based on competition and cost of performance marketing. 

- Competitor analysis based on the types of marketing they are paying for in addition to local marketing through Bright Local. 

- Website analysis based on current algorithm best practices, size of website, quality of backlinks, etc. 

- Creating a custom budget based on market analysis, client goals, and client budget for optimal 
performance. 

- Proactive & Reactive performance monitoring and report on website and Internet marketing campaign performance using technology, reporting and process analysis. This includes reviewing on Monday mornings all weekly campaign push reports to ensure client is receiving reasonable amount of call and email leads. If client receives zero or lower than normal lead volume for any given week look into performance to identify any issues.  As part of the performance review process I setup, review, and analyze:

o	Google Analytics (set goals & alerts)
o	SERPs (monitor placement movement)
o	Google AdWords/Bing adCenter (review search queries for negative kw’s)
o	Website layout (Conversion Funnels)
o	Website on-page SEO (keyword analysis, internal linking, etc.)
o	Website off-page SEO (backlinks quality, etc...)
o	CPC/CPL, Call-Tracking, and other Business Benchmark Metrics
