I am also a founder and senior consultant at JM, where I provide consulting, mentoring, and training services in sales, negotiation, and customer experience. I have a master's degree in organizational leadership from Jacksonville University, a specialization in negotiation mastery from Harvard Business School Online, and a postgraduate degree in executive business administration from FGV. I am also a professor at Hi Academy, the first school of customer experience in Brazil, where I teach online courses on B2B sales and customer care.
