I am responsible for Hyland’s search marketing (SEO/SEA) efforts. In this position, I lead a team of SEO, and PPC specialists in executing our overall marketing strategy for Hyland’s digital properties.

Reporting to our VP for Digital Engagement, I closely work with the UX and Web Development team to achieve our web roadmap and increase organic traffic, and paid search performance.

Search Marketing Manager

Nuxeo

Reporting directly to the CMO, I work as a strategic partner within the Marketing leadership team to advance Nuxeo’s digital landscape including, web, mobile, social, media, content marketing, and measurement.

- Own and develop a roadmap for the overall portfolio of Nuxeo’s digital capabilities to achieve maximum impact and competitive differentiation.
- Design, implement and operationalize best-practice guidelines for delivering omnichannel marketing solutions.
- Actively prioritize and manage a digital portfolio of projects. Understand the impact of each project, available resources, budget and external drivers to appropriately prioritize and resource projects.
- Drive implementation of standard processes and tools to estimate, prioritize and track projects within the portfolio. This includes documenting key risks and mitigation planning in addition to owning the portfolio communications.
- Effectively lead a geographically distributed team of Brand Design and Web Development resources

Director of Digital Experience

- Directing and coordinating financial and budget activities to fund digital operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Nuxeo’s digital sales functions, including sales processes, Sales/Business Development proposals, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and vendor selection; 
- Directing administrative activities directly related to Nuxeo’s digital operations; 
- Monitoring various administrative, business, and technical teams, as well as third-party suppliers, to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services within budgetary limits;
- Establishing or implementing digital operations policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in conjunction with board members and other managerial/executive personnel;
- Overseeing the development and implementation of digital product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and sales promotions
- Overseeing events strategy for Nuxeo in the US and defining a plan for execution within the limits of a budget, reviewing ROI with sales and demand generation teams
- Overseeing Nuxeo offices expansion in the US

Director Digital Operations & Events

- Management of Operations and Finance: Financial Modeling, including cash analysis, budgeting, New Client introduction to Nuxeo's business and support practices, HR management, Accounting supervision
- Business Liaison with the Corporate Headquarters in Paris
