WISE Chicago (Women in Sports & Events - Chicago Chapter)

WISE Chicago is both governed and operated by a local Board of Directors who aim to advance the WISE mission of empowering women in the business of sports and events with the tools to reach their career goals in the Chicago area. As Social Media Chair, it is my responsibility to build our social media channels, engage existing and potential members, and promote year-round programming.

RCX Sports

• Oversaw organic social media and content projects for NFL Flag Football, NHL Street Hockey and other RCX properties
• Grew @nflflag Instagram followers by 18k from April 2021-22, grew 35k TikTok followers in 1.5 years
• Drove content strategy and build RCX brands, attracting new fans and highlighting inclusivity
• Worked with NFL and NHL teams and partners on content projects, cross-promotion, and new channels
• Staffed and managed a 7-person content team for events at 2022 NFL Pro Bowl and NHL All-Star Weekend
• Helped launch and lead #femalesinflag initiative with ambassadors, influencers, and partners to increase participation of girls and women in flag football
