I come from a background of management. leadership and volunteering in the Health and Social Care and Voluntary Sector and now as a trained and experienced coach, I am adding value to others and have been running my own business for 6 years. Solution Focused practice really resonates with me because it builds on our skills and strengths and develops hopefulness - something we all need more of nowadays. I have gathered a wide range of tools to support positive change in others. In addition to this, I am a specialist English Language Coach and work with business English students through my other project (Grow Your English) I am seeing my female clients develop a clear roadmap of their hopes and goals and feel empowered about how they use their time. I add value to others by sharing practical editable tools, the gift of a session to look at self-limiting beliefs and I always share a wide range of resources that leaders can use themselves in their reflection and goal-setting times, in support and supervision with their staff or even in team meetings.
