If you've ever thought to yourself, "Man, I wish I had more hours in the day," or "I wish I had more control over my day," or something similar, I can help you. I'm not a wizard 🧙‍♂️ I can't magically give you more hours in your day, BUT there are a million ways to use the time you do have more efficiently and effectively. ⌚📈 168 hours sounds like a lot when you enter into the week, but most people find themselves scrambling to pack everything in. Taking control of those hours instead of letting them pass you by without using them strategically is what differentiates the average from the excellent. Studying the science of timing, chronotypes, time blocking, and other time management and productivity practices has opened my eyes - and changed my life. It's only fair that I help others make the same monumental shift so they can harness all the joy and success that life has to offer! After going round and round about what I want in life, I started Joyful 4110 mid-November 2021 to do just that!
