- delivered a quarterly marketing plan with a clear linkage with the business priorities and a focus on rationalizing the number of activities. Managed budget, planning & reviews. Drived business commitment of the BP’s to the activities agreed in the plan. Performed selection/deselection of partners for participation in marketing programs. Executed the co-marketing process. 
- edited a newsletter to ensure a good communication of the channel activities within the IBM Software Group.

•	in the frame of a joined marketing campaign between IBM and a group of 8 Business Partners : 
- defined together with the partners of a marketing activity 
- executed this activity in coordination with a marketing agency
- analysed the results and dispatched the leads to the partners

- represented the focal point for all the parties involved (Sales, Management, Marketing, Channel, Agency) and made the link between all these parties
