Recruiting for the North American Business Group and responsible for hiring of a broad range of technical, sales and delivery staff that supports big data, cloud migration, DevOps, and digital transformation engagements. 

- Partnered with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, build engaging job descriptions, and drive the full recruiting process.  
- Recruited data architects, data engineers, cloud architects and engineers (for both applications and infrastructure), DevOps engineers, project/program managers, delivery directors, and sales and delivery positions.
- Direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and management of candidates throughout process to start date.

- Recruited IT process experts, ITIL®, CObIT®, CMMI, security professionals, project managers, technology sales, and general administrative and corporate positions, some with security requirements, such as Secret, TS, TS/SCI w/ CI/FSP. 
- Built sourcing strategy that included direct sourcing, social media, web, employee referrals, etc.
- Built structured interview process, including interview workbooks and background check process.

Director of Recruiting (January 1998 – April 2000)
Led the US recruiting organization that grew this business unit from approximately 250 staff in 1994 to over 1,700 in 1997.  Responsible for managing all technical, sales and other hiring ~1500 hires /year. Responsible for strategy, business planning, vendor management, manager selection, and executive team support. 

Special projects/contributions:
•	Managed hiring and training of recruitment team members though out the business unit.
•	Designed and implemented background and reference check process, in compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
•	Worked with ad agencies, TMP Worldwide and Bernard Hodes, to develop and promote our employment brand.
•	Built and managed a centralized sales hiring team that supported sales hiring nation-wide. Managed team and associated vendors.
•	Served on the applicant tracking system selection team that selected Restrac.
