I'm Julien, and I generate pipeline for our B2B clients while closing deals at ColdIQ. 

We help B2B companies build outbound systems that generate $1M+ clients.

Been handling sales conversations for our $6M ARR agency, turning qualified prospects into clients who invest $10k-$50k+ in our done-for-you and done-with-you services - convincing a SaaS CEO to outsource their entire lead gen or helping an agency owner see how our processes will 10x their results.

I spent 5 years preparing for a life I never wanted.

I grew up in Belgium, where going to uni is affordable for everyone.
Based on whether your parents' earnings surpass a certain threshold, you either pay less than €1,000/year to study or you don't have to pay at all.

So going to the university once you finish school is the obvious choice.

It definitely was for me as I never really knew what I wanted to do growing up, so I figured I might as well have a degree to have options.

It meant I could always have a way out, whatever happened.
It meant I could “make it” and it made my parents proud, especially since they never got a university degree.

This was before 18 y/o kids became rich with AI.
This was before tech made it so easy for nobodies to learn, build & create anything meaningful in weeks.

It almost sounded tempting.

A comfortable job, company cars, nice benefits, a nice career.
AND everyone goes for it, but from outside it just looks so far away from what I wanted for my professional life.

This is definitely NOT what I dreamed of when I was a kid.
When I ask if they like their job, I never get an affirmative response. “It’s a JOB”.

BUT why do we accept this as a norm?

I actually realized I had accepted it for 5 years.
I studied things I didn’t like, to do things I won’t like, just to reassure myself I’m on the right path to success, or what it was supposed to look like.

I’m motivated to do anything else, but studying is the very thing I had no motivation for, because the truth is I hated what I was supposed to learn WAY more than the others did.

When I started working, I realized nothing I had studied would ever help me.
Worse, I realized I don’t know sh*t.

I watched 20 y/o's that didn’t study have more skills than me, making more than me, but most importantly that knew EXACTLY what they want their professional career to look like, because that’s what they’ve been doing for the last 3 years.

While I didn’t know,
While I was comfortable in the planning phase,
People were building skills, reaching 6-figure salaries in jobs they have passion for.

That’s why you wake up in the morning.
That’s what I always wanted.

A year ago, I joined ColdIQ, and in my first 3 months I learned way more than years at the university.

I’ve learned about sales, met with 100s of business owners, generated pipeline & revenue for top B2B companies.

I closed deals in cafes in Bali, villas in Greece, islands in Thailand and beachfront offices in Spain but what I learned most was how to handle failure.

I cannot count the number of times I got rejected.
I cannot count the number of times I failed to achieve.

That’s what I love about this game.
It requires the type of mindset where you can never stop believing, which is what life is all about

I've spoken with 70+ agency founders last month.

Half didn't have a reliable acquisition system in place. 

The other half struggled to deliver once they scaled past 10 clients, because of a lack of structure & internal processes.

Here's the step-by-step system Soheil Saeidmehr built after onboarding 200+ clients:

1/ Contract & Payment 
We use Qwilr for proposal signing, Stripe for automated payment processing & subscription setup, and the payment confirmation triggers the entire onboarding sequence

2/ Data & ICP Mapping 
Airtable becomes our command center:
-Sales team fills form:
→ retainer details, industry, specific requests, scope of work
-Client fills onboarding form: 
→ targeting criteria, ICP mapping, relevant triggers, existing tech stack, and copy examples.

All this data automatically flows into a Google Drive client folder created with ALL campaign data.

3/ Team Assignment & Client Workspace
Soheil Saeidmehr assigns the right GTME + Team Lead based on bandwidth and industry expertise.
A Slack channel and a Notion workspace are auto-generated with: 
→ Campaign deadlines
→ Task assignments
→ Reporting dashboards

4/ Campaign Infrastructure Setup 
Team leads create the technical foundation
→ Clay, Instantly.ai & lemlist workspaces are created + inboxes ordered via form, pushed to Slack for our email infra team

5/ Kickoff Call & Campaign Creation 
→ GTME + Team Lead run a comprehensive onboarding call where we review the ICP Matrix and refine it, before agreeing on copy and launching 1st campaigns.

6/ Weekly Sync & Optimization
We set up a weekly sync date & time where the calls are recorded with Attention, which is AUTO synced w/ Notion for next steps and upcoming tasks

PS: Rumour says we show ALL our internal processes in the Accelerator Program to help agencies SCALE

Onboarding Process - 200+ clients

I currently have 2.7k followers, here’s my plan to 4x this in < 2,5 months and reach 10k in January 2026.

Brian Tracy says writing your goals increases the likelihood of reaching them by 1000%, so I’m sharing mine here. (or one of them)

1/ Consistency & Engagement
→ The single most important aspect of all of this will be to stay consistent.
-I’ll post 3x/week, same time/day

→ THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE because:
-I’ve tried 4 times to post recurring valuable content and failed every single time.
-Sometimes I felt cringe about my ideas, sometimes I thought they weren’t good enough, and sometimes I said I didn’t have the time, all just excuses.

→ I’ll be active on LinkedIn right before & right after posting, allocating 30mn/day for new connections & engaging with existing ones

→ 2/ A posting SYSTEM
Fail to plan is plan to fail.
Without a system, I won’t be consistent.
- I’ll set aside the end of each week and the end of each month for content planning.
-I’ll use these to draft angles & ideas, gather inspiration, analyze viral patterns to then finalize posting during weekdays.

Internally, we have a 5-steps process for our posting system: ideas/angles, copy in progress, visual in progress, post published & repurposed

-My potential post formats will include carousels, lead magnets, cheat sheets, storytelling posts, testimonials, case studies/client wins, playbooks, tool stacks,...

→ 3/ Leverage my content pillars
After wearing many hats at ColdIQ while being close to the founders, I can talk about:
-AI tools

-LinkedIn as an acquisition channel

I’ll iterate based on ideas & success, and if nothing works I’ll just screenshot a crazy n8n workflow and say it replaced a 20+ marketing team

When someone leaves a company, there's a gap. This is how you can reach out to decision-makers BEFORE everyone does it:

→ Find a list of employees who just joined a new company via LinkedIn Sales Nav or Apollo → Filter for previous experiences and identify the company they just left in Clay 
→ Find the decision-makers at these companies and identify if they are active on LinkedIn using Prospeo.io in Clay
→ Reach out to the decision makers, mentioning WHO they lost as an employee, WHAT was the job title, and WHEN they lost it via email OR email + LinkedIn using lemlist.

These 2 Clay tables automate this entire process and generated 60+ positive replies for our clients.
