It took me a few years to figure out my path. After working in a Fortune 500 company and a global nonprofit organization, discovering the tech startup / scale up world changed things for me. The ability to take ownership, iterate, move fast and create your own (or break) rules based on what makes most sense felt liberating. Now, after 10 years in various Go-To-Market (GTM) roles in scale-ups (customer onboarding, sales engineering & partnerships), I developed a wide-angled expertise of European B2B SaaS scale-ups GTM leading to my current general manager position. What I like the most about my role is the ability to make our own market strategy based on the various inputs of all teams and functions, then to see all GTM teams moving in the same direction and create a harmonious growth environment. My focus since 2020 is to have a deep understanding of the European HR technology landscape (with a special focus on France since 2023) and how to help small and medium sized companies with their Talent Management.
