During my career, I have built, grown, and supported diverse cross-functional global organizations in charge of growing and retaining customers and partners. 4 chapters so far: - GTM Advisory: work with startup founders to support their growth. From Seed to Series C organization. Some companies I had the privilege to serve include PhotoRoom (FR, Design), Beams (DE, Vertical AI), Meander (UK, HR tech AI), Indeez (FR, Insurtech), Yoobic (FR, SaaS), Atlar (SE, SaaS)... - Pigment: Joined pre-revenue and did what needed to be done to find PMF and grow the business. In 3 years, hired 100+ people across BD, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps, opened 3 offices (London, NYC, Toronto), added 200+ customers, launched SIs partnerships programs, built a repeatable and predictable revenue engine while increasing average ACV by 4X. - Meta, founding member of the Workplace team. I led the global BD, Sales, and CSMs teams - approx 150 people-. Grew ARR from 0 to 9 figures in 4 years. Closed major deals incl. Nestle, Walmart, Telefonica, Heineken, GSK... Before Workplace, I led the Platform partnerships team in EMEA driving the adoption of Meta platform for developers - and I loved it- - At Microsoft, I was part of the Azure GTM founding team. Led Marketing, BD, and Partnerships teams and was in charge of Azure P&L for France. Before Azure, I managed relationships with ISVs and drove the adoption of Microsoft stack (db, server, dev tools…) Traits: Tech-optimist, “infinite” learner, a bias for action, direct and open by default, “openly humble, quietly confident”, no excuses / no blaming mindset. I have 2 amazing daughters (7 and 9 yo). I love running, reading (non-fiction), and spending time with my girls.
