Maximizing the success of the Nutanix customers through proactive engagement and follow-up as well as reactive problem solving:
- attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, satisfaction and renewal rate,
- maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data,
- act as the customer’s advocate engaging partners and other departments within Nutanix when necessary and ensuring successful resolution,
- constructively operate as part of a wider, cross-functional team to ensure the success of every customer
- accountable for 60 accounts (HQ & subsidiaries) with an annual 5 M$ target (ACV)

Principal Customer Success Representative Enterprise & Global Accounts

Driving the entire sales process from start to finish including:
- opportunity identification by cold-calling, leading discovery and introductory meetings,
- offer appropriate solutions and deliver sales pitch with product demonstration and evaluation,
- driving relationships with partners,
- objections handling as well as customer Q&A,
- negotiation and closing.
Ensuring sales “best practices” by maintaining:
- quarterly pipeline generation plan definition,
- regular check-ins with existing customers to position new products and use cases,
- strong CRM discipline with accurate and up-to-date pipeline maintenance,
- proven ability to discuss the next steps in the sales cycle at all times,
- intimacy creation with key contacts, coaches, champions and sponsors,
- constant training on value proposition and sales processes.
Accountable for an annual quota of 800 K$ TCV (overachieved by 120%).

Management of BMW Motorrad dealerships (4 different locations, 32 employees, 16 M€ consolidated sales in 2017 with 650 new vehicles and 300 used vehicles sold)
Maximizing sales, profitability and turnover (+40% since 2013) by:
-	preparing and executing budget, implementing and monitoring KPIs,
-	creating two flagships to maximize the company’s footprint in Paris,
-	defining and managing the entire 140 K€ marketing budget,
-	leading Sales and After Sales: hiring, training, management.
