As content manager, my duties are to oversee the migration of all the content for the 2017 app and website in 4 languages. I audit, rework and keep all newly website sections on brand. 

 As the multimedia writer, I create copy for our merchandise sold on our website, on Amazon.com and on JohnLewis.com. I also write and coordinate creation of our social media posts and ensure that they are deployed on time and respect our company mythology and brand voice.Thirdly, I'm responsible for creating all the content found on the company sub-site, Santa's Village. 

I also manage global PR and  marketing communication overseeing PR efforts, writing press releases, negotiating with PR firms, bloggers, influencers and other media agencies to push the Portable North Pole message.

In this role I acted as Content Manager, Lead Copywriter, Editor and Content Marketing Specialist.

I also oversaw and updated internal processes including content governance,  introducing new software and applications, updating brand and content management procedures and managing marketing and editorial resources.
