I was promoted to Talent Acquisition Lead and was reporting to the VP People. I was accountable for all things hiring:

- Managed 1 business and 1 Sr Tech Recruiter.
- Led recruitment for all Product Management, Product Design, Data Science and Marketing roles.

 We scaled the org by 125% in 2019 and opened offices in many new countries in Africa. It was all great until Covid-19 hit and 17% of the workforce was cut off, yours truly included.

● Took responsibility for the resolution of all employee or client-related inquiries received through various channels.
● Assisted in the growth and the development of HR through trending mechanisms by: 
- Identifying and escalating trends or issues in training, communication, and system limitations
- Identifying opportunities where there is a need for policy review
- Efficiently performing: Fiscal 2015 cost avoidance +$4,500 (target $250)
- Acting as a mentor for new hires to onboard to processes and policies
- Auditing data and utilizing SAP and Horizon systems through investigating inquiries

● Practiced direct recruiting via head-hunting/ phone sourcing from competitors and e-recruitment via social media (LinkedIn, job-boards, Boolean search, Twitter).
