Worked across a portfolio of Technology projects ensuring projects were delivered in a timely manner. 	Primary support for 50+ including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Analysts and employees Technology leads.

Coordinated and supported quarterly business planning process. Provided operational and administration support to 5 core business products and 10 delivery teams to help plan, priorities, and sequence work.

Facilitated and project coordinated operations within the Technology portfolio. Management of project sites and documentation, reviewing progress on delegated tasks ensuring projects are delivered in the agreed timeframes.

Managed the Cyber Security audit and compliance risk register. Facilitated and managed project meetings with cross functional IT teams.

Continuously improved project governance frameworks by analysing and monitoring projects budgets, schedules, resources and RAIDD log.

Accountable for the preparation, review, and submission of 20 project status reports monthly.

Supported the scheduling of projects identifying risks and resource constraints where necessary.

PMO, Coordinator

Supported the Digital and Marketing division, role included general management of operations and delivery of the Membership strategy.

Project Management and Coordination of Digital, Marketing and Membership operations. Worked across digital transformation, Marketing Integration programs and GTM campaigns.

Event Management for internal and external events to over 350 staff members.
