Worked across a portfolio of Technology projects ensuring projects were delivered in a timely manner. 	Primary support for 50+ including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Analysts and employees Technology leads.

Coordinated and supported quarterly business planning process. Provided operational and administration support to 5 core business products and 10 delivery teams to help plan, priorities, and sequence work.

Facilitated and project coordinated operations within the Technology portfolio. Management of project sites and documentation, reviewing progress on delegated tasks ensuring projects are delivered in the agreed timeframes.

#QuitTok: is the latest phenomenon.  In a bold move for transparency, Gen-Zers are increasingly sharing their quitting and layoff journeys on social media.
 
The problem here is not TikTok video's —it's about what these videos represent. They're a red flag regarding how companies treat their employees. The call for transparency and respect is loud and clear.

As these videos keep popping up, they should serve as an alarm for employers. What's needed is a genuine move towards understanding and open communication within our workplaces. If we don't see a change, this trend isn't just going to stick around; it's going to set a new standard.
