I'm a young working professional employed by Russell Reynolds Associates, a world leading leadership advisory & executive search firm, as a Research Analyst in their Center Of Excellence (CoE) in Barcelona, Spain. I specialize in the Financial Services industry impacting and improving the way the world is led. Previously to joining Russell Reynolds I was a student at Hult International Business School in San Francisco, California, USA & Cambridge/Boston, Massachusetts, USA. At Hult I pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in management. I graduated in August 2023 with academic distinction and a GPA of 3.9 out of 4.0 earning me a spot on the Dean's list every semester and ultimately top 2% amongst all global graduates. Besides my studies I was an active leader on campus starting as the Head of Communications during the challenging Covid-19 pandemic for Hult's student association (HSA) at the San Francisco campus to then later on being elected by my peers into the office of the Vice President of the HSA at the Cambridge/Boston campus. Furthermore, I had an interest in continuously educating myself but also the peers around me. Therefore, I was part of Hult's very first finance club called Hult Undergraduate Capital Partners (HUIG). First participating as a member during events I was then later on asked to take a more active approach and become a member of the club's board and the Head of Business Development & Strategy. Together as a club we ran multiple workshops building financial literacy, advancing the knowledge of our members within finance, challenging & developing their skills to succeed in interviews and the real world. Additionally, we sought to invite prominent speakers into the classroom. Lastly, the club focused on running real time stock portfolio simulations giving its members a peek behind the curtain of numerous financial systems & instruments. Besides all that I also deeply cared about the mental and physical wellbeing of all members of our Cambridge/Boston campus which is why I was a leading part in numerous campaigns such as #ItStopsWithMe, an initiative to tackle cyber bullying & harassment amongst students.
