3G (Mobile Third Generation) system requirement design based on the e-tom and 3G Framework for Nextel International Peru. The system requirements team created more than 20,000 requirements across eleven IT functional areas in a mere 6 weeks, and just concluded final approvals with the client.  The system requirements team brought their knowledge to bear in support of high level design work jointly undertaken with the client, creating design documentation, providing SME insight, and further refining and clarifying the solution.

•	3G Framework module lead for Systems Requirements Design.
•	Responsible for leading meetings with the client to get the approval of more than 1800 System Requirement. 
•	Spanish speaking Point of contact between the Systems Requirements team and NII Peru.

Nextel International Peru - 3G System Req

Project main objective was to implement a platform to allow Value Added Service (VAS) being activated over different network topologies and equipment vendors. The project considered the platform solution implementation in three phases divided by network and services types (IP and IP-VPN services; Metro Ethernet and SDH-NG services and network; and DSL services and network). Phase 2 (main focus in layer 2 (OSI model)) includes Metro Ethernet and G.SHDSL network and services (Huawei and Cisco switches and Huawei DSLAMs) 

Role Description: Responsible of Release II services Migration (G.SHDSL and MetroEthernet).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

•	Release II Migration Plan definition

•	Coordination with Telecom Argentina manager and rest of application teams (including release I) to define detailed plan tasks and its progress and also to mitigate risks and solve problems and issues

•	Release II Migration Process Analysis and Design.

•	Train and advise Telecom IT team in order to ensure knowledge transfer and Telecom participation in all tasks and decisions related to Release II Migration.

TP hired Accenture professionals to manage and operate their Production Prepaid Provisioning System, in order to keep the correct functioning of the customer service and cell phone lines services activations. Some of the subsystems elements that were under Accenture scope are:

The project was designed to modify the system of Subscribers Search, designing a new data medium and burden, in addition to allow execute searches &quot;on demand&quot; apart from the planned, according to the request of the Decree 1563. The applications are developed in the mainframe environment, using the language Cobol and databases DB2. At the time of closure of this assessment was implemented Phase 1 with total success, complying with the plan stipulated.
