•	Co- To conduct safety orientation to all workers.
•	To daily monitoring supervisory log book.
•	Carryout daily site inspections to make sure that only safe method.

	Attend weekly client site audit and coordination meetings.
	Monitor the performance of supervisors and ensure that only safe methods are in operation.
	Inspect tools and color coding and putting of inspection tag, confiscate defective and sub-standard and see to it that appropriate tools are used in specific activity.
	Conduct full investigation of accident, incident and near misses, and identify root causes and prepare report and ensure that established permanent prevention measures and subsequently carried out.
	Serve as a safety adviser to supervisor, foreman and workers, consistently interacting and reminding them of safety procedure at site.
	Oversee housekeeping activities and segregation of waste and proper disposal.
