Most of my business experience are from combining Influencer marketing, social media advertising & open minded approach to leadership. Current focus: ⚡️ UNDERDOG project I have a podcast - underdog podcast - which I use as a platform to share stories and lessons of people who are willing to speak their truth. It allows me to be who I am and do what I love. My mission is to inspire 1.000.000 people to fall in love with what they do. -I create workshops, that are a combination of group sessions and 1:1 mentoring meetings. I help people grow personally while creating strategies for their companies / personal brands that enable them to monetise. - Consulting: I dedicate a lot of my time to working with young individuals and helping them monetise their passion. Mentoring is something that came natural to me, during my past work and I enjoy it very much. 🛸 BUZZVERSE - After pivoting in 2023, we now offer a combination of Influencer marketing management & consulting. We help companies build internal Influencer marketing systems that can be run by them independently when our job is done. Past work: 2017- November 2021 🌴 Shine Brown ByRokko - I built and led an amazing team (50 people at the peak) that managed over 10.000 influencer & creators collabs in 4 years, spent over 5MM € in Meta ads & generated an 8-figure revenue in 2021. 2016- end of 2021 ⭐️ In 5 years I worked on more than 50 projects at the AdStar digital agency - leading a team of 13 advertisers and a 10 person content department. My focus was mainly on the Shine Brown project but other work went into mentoring people, constructing marketing strategies for other projects and solving problems on a company level. ----- I am a big fan of Gary vee, Jordan Peterson, Nipsey Hussle, Naval Ravikant, Simon Sinek and others who believe that peace of mind is as important as being a high performer in what you do. ❤️🏁
