As VP of Technical Consulting my role expands to not only player/coach the Solutions Consulting team but also created and continues to support the Technical Account Managers, Digital Strategists and Customer Support arms of the business.

VP, Technical Consulting

In addition to all duties listed below as Director, this role including global expansion setting up Solutions Consulting in EMEA to support global sales expansion.

VP, Solutions Consulting

Started and developed the SC group at Integrate to ensure tight alignment between the Integrate product suite and the needs of potential customers.
• Implemented first official Integrate sales product demonstrations utilizing Demo2Win methodologies.
• Created detailed MarTech data flow blueprints of prospect’s back end infrastructures to identify choke-points where the Integrate solution could create efficiencies and increase marketing effectiveness.
• Supported Customer Success by introducing new product releases to customers and offering consultative advice as needed for improved or additional uses of Integrate with their demand gen and marketing operations functions.
• Collaborated with Product team to directly impact the product road-map ensuring all current and prospective customer needs are addressed and prioritized appropriately.
• Tested and deployed beta versions of new products prior to general release.
• Assisted in tech evaluation of Integrate’s acquisition, Akkroo, to ensure product and culture fit of the technology and organization respectively
• Led team of 3 SCs at Integrate supporting 16 Strategic Account Directors and hundreds of customers.

Director Solutions Consulting

My primary role was to work with Integrate customers throughout the entire Customer Success Life-cycle to drive deeper adoption and greater measurable customer results from Integrate’s software and services. 
• Leader of the Customer Success Team helping new clients implement the software, on-board their media partners and optimize their utilization of Integrate; ensuring maximum ROI.
• Developed our Customer Successful Life-cycle guiding customers from business value alignment all the way through implementation and full utilization.
• Created ROI presentations for customers to evaluate their use of the software. 
• Distributed and analyzed customer on-boarding surveys, utilizing results to constantly refine processes. 
• Worked with sales team as marketing and Integrate platform expert focused on business value alignment and defining value for prospects in the pre-sales process.
• Identified customer evangelists for use cases created in conjunction with content marketing team.
• Managed team of Account Success Managers, developing their client interaction and technical skills to advance them within the company.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Collaborated with Integrate’s top clients to grow our relationships, minimize attrition, and optimize their marketing spend by providing outstanding customer service and program management. 
• Created and presented in-depth, post campaign statistical analyses to our highest value clients.
• Provided strategic recommendations based on that data along with their company’s specific business needs.
• Optimized current marketing campaigns to ensure fulfillment goals were met and marketing objectives were achieved.
• Positioned Integrate as a marketing software solution by walking current fulfillment clients through functionality and tools they were not currently utilizing on the platform.
• Leader of the Customer Success Team helping new clients implement the software, on-board their media partners and optimize their utilization of Integrate to ensure maximum ROI.

Marketing Strategist

UBM Tech

Managed day to day needs of integrated marketing programs for hundreds of clients from post sales stage through final reporting. Tracked campaigns, tackled issues and created/analyzed reports, while additionally fostering excellent client relationships and increasing their engagement. 

• Programs spanned UBM’s top brands including InformationWeek, Dark Reading, Wall Street & Technology, etc.
• Client list included all Light Reading customers (seen below) as well as SAP, Wind River, Vormetric, Avaya, ProofPoint, Interactive Intelligence, Wipro, XO Communications, and many more.
• Key player during important web platform transition integrating Light Reading’s site with the larger company.
     o Constructed many new processes for old products, programs, etc.

Client Services Manager

Light Reading

Managed multi-faceted custom integrated b-to-b marketing programs for all Light Reading clients. Programs are not limited to but often include: lead generation, web banners, custom site building, video elements, webinars, banner/newsletter ads and more.

• Managed programs for IBM, Huawei, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Ciena, Blackberry, Oracle and many more.
• Liaison to the client relaying program goals/objectives, organizing regular communication, solving issues etc.
• Worked 10-20 programs simultaneously, each ranging from 3-12 months in length, and equating to millions of dollars in revenue for Light Reading.
• Spearheaded transition of ad operations to our company's central group, continued to act as an adviser to that team.
• Pulled, scrubbed, filtered, and delivered all lead generation reports.

Integrated Program Manager

Client-facing one man advertising operations team. Responsible for gathering materials from clients and Q.A. testing, along with the live posting and removals of banner/newsletter ads for all sites across our network.

• Client's point of contact for specification questions, submission of ad materials, and deadlines.
• Created and delivered reporting to all clients on their various banner programs.
• Utilized past traffic data to forecast available impression inventory in upcoming months for sales team.
• Posted/pulled all white papers, case studies and other assets used for our lead-generation programs.
• Pulled, scrubbed, filtered, and delivered all lead generation reports.

Ad Traffic Coordinator

UBM TechWeb

Produced promotional emails offering our digital IT assets and renewal efforts for print publications. Continually sought new ways to grow our database as well as increase satisfaction with our current subscribers. 

• Tested, deployed, and tracked the marketing efforts using Silverpop/Eloqua.
• Oversaw our customer service in-box to troubleshoot issues our users experienced while navigating our websites, forms, emails, etc.
• Created Co-registration offers (opt-in up-sells) on InformationWeek's subscription form for major clients such as: Dell, HP, Intel, Oracle, and many more.

Audience Marketing Assistant

•  Perform Coding duties for Open-ended survey questions using MS Excel
•  Completely test online surveys for functionality, proper skip pattern flow, and overall grammar
•  Proof completed mail surveys for proper compliance

As the leader of Integrate's Solutions Consulting team I both manage the internal team as well as interact directly in the field. Passionately invested in solving Top of Funnel automation challenges for top B2B marketers resulting in improved processes, higher data quality and staggering increases to marketing contributed revenue. 

Former Customer Success Leader/Marketing Tech Strategist working with Integrate's customers to help integrate their media spend with their marketing cloud. Focused on delivering ROI by leading customer success and implementing API connections between systems to close the "marketing loop".

Previously spent 4+ years managing the integrated marketing programs of large B2B brands for top publisher UBM.
