Throughout my time at telecommunications service providers, I enjoyed saying that I connect people and businesses to the things they love. I leveraged my passion for technology and problem-solving throughout my career to help improve my customers' and colleagues' lives and the bottom line. This journey has led me from contact centre agent to chief innovation officer. After a pivotal success in conversational AI in 2020, I switched my goal to an even more noble one: giving people more time back in their lives while reducing frustration and toil. I am self-taught and a lifelong learner, and I love my work and inspiring the same in others. I've built great teams and led the full life-cycle management of hundreds of diverse software projects, some running for 15+ years, from libraries to web/desktop/mobile apps, APIs, data analytics, conversational AIs, and distributed systems; along with various telecommunications products/services, including telephony, unified communications, data-centres, internet services, network security, and television in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets.
