Throughout my earlier career, I enjoyed knowing that I connect people and businesses to the things they love. I leveraged my passion for technology and problem-solving throughout my career to help improve my customers' and colleagues' lives while delivering real business value. This journey has led me from answering dial-up tech support calls to leading innovation and operations initiatives and teams in the telecommunications industry. After my eyes were opened by the transformational success of deploying artificial intelligence solutions in the field, I switched my goal to an even more noble one: giving people more time back in their lives while reducing frustration and toil. I am self-taught and a lifelong learner, and I love my work and inspiring the same in others. I've built great teams and led the full life-cycle management of hundreds of diverse software projects, some running for 15+ years, from libraries to backend/web/desktop/mobile apps, APIs, data analytics, dialogue systems, and distributed systems; along with building various telecommunications products/services, including telephony, unified communications, data-centres, internet services, network security, and television in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C markets.
