In this role I brought develop of the partner channel program, channel led opportunities, and demand driven programs by developing Microsoft based alliances, go-to-market Strategy, partner development, and market development.

Maintained voice quality improvement programs, design and support voice integration solutions including Microsoft’s Exchange UM, Microsoft’s Voice Dialer.  Develop operation guides, hand off and support documentation.  Oversee operations teams and trouble tickets, vendors, vendor companies, and business to business relation management.
