As an employee of many different small businesses and eventually an owner of one, I saw the same pattern over and over… Each business owner lived in a brutal revenue cycle that always turned into burnout because they were trying to balance every single aspect of the business by themselves. Budget concerns were inevitably the reasoning for a business owner being forced to work outside of their skill sets. But I recognized that a restaurant owner should not need to know how to maintain their website, much less spend countless hours doing something a pro could do in an hour. A family dentist can’t be expected to create content and run 3 social media channels while keeping a full client list. But these things happen all the time. So I set out to help small business owners take back their time without the budget crushing retainers and long term contracts required by large agencies. I created project by project pricing for business owners to achieve results, evaluate the outcomes, and determine next steps, while investing a little bit at a time.
